“It is important to know an increase in anxiety leads to an increase in compulsiveness. And an increase in compulsiveness leads to a higher risk of poor decision-making. Therefore, does it not make sense to work on keeping your anxiety in check? This should be a daily process that includes techniques such as meditation, quiet time, time with God or your higher power, breathing exercises, yoga, physical exercising, and engaging in imagery exercises, to name a few. Keep your anxiety low to better manage your PSBs.“
